Our dossier arrived, among a few others, in Addis Ababa on May 24, 2008! What a perfect day, that being the day after Gotchya Day, and being my brother's birthday. It'll be a hard day to forget.
Some great news to go with it ... one of the families that was in Ethiopia picking up their daughter while we picked up Mikiyas had their dossier arrive with ours. Our second adoptions are happening together [so far] without having been planned that way. What will be amazing is if we get to travel together again - what a reunion that would be! Two Canadian families only visit each other on the other side of the world.

My file aqrrived in Addis Ababa the same day. Have you been told how long the wait may be for a proposal? I have been told anywhere from 8-14 mths...seems so long...
