November 23, 2005 we signed the contracts to start Mikiyas' adoption. Exactly eighteen months later [May 23, 2007] we met Mikiyas for the first time.
November 23, 2007 we signed the contracts to start the second adoption. I remember writing a blog that day saying each day will feel like an eternity, but it will happen so fast. The years are flying by. I lied. It's not happening fast!
Three years ... good grief!
